We personalise our programs to meet your specific needs. As such, our programs do not have a particular duration. It depends on your situation and needs. Our Clinical Director is responsible for determining the length of the program.

However, short term stress program may span between five and seven days. On the other hand, a long-term depression program may span between four and six weeks. Regardless, you enjoy continuous support after your residency, reaching around a year.

Our programs will hardly fall under cover of your private health insurance. This is because we are not a hospital. And the existing private health insurance still does not extend to private residential addiction recovery or treatment facilities. However, you can cover it by tagging it as business expenses, although contingent on your situation.

Your confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. As such, we take active steps to ensure this. We achieve this through a confidentiality agreement that you and every staff, guest, and visitor will have to sign. We extend this to even onsite contractors. 

Also, we do not disclose any of your information after, during, and before the residential program. We also avoid branding and uniforms on your reservations and bookings. This way, we maintain your privacy.
